Topic: DELIVERANCE FROM THE BONDAGE OF DEATH
BIBLE READING: Hebrews 2: 5-15
DEATH is one of the thing that human beings are run away from; and one thing that people use to pray against. Moreover, is one thing that everyone will experience one day that no one knows. Our prayer is that, sudden death will not be our portion in Jesus name.
When DEATH occur or happen to someone, the relatives become sad, the friends becomes worry, the family and children become hopeless. Sometimes, the close associate may burst to tears and weeping until they tire. Many business collapses as a result of death that took the owner. The name of many recognized companies before will not hear anymore when death took the owner. What a terrible KILLER!!! May God deliver us from the bondage of death in Jesus name.
There are many people that are in bondage as a result of FEAR OF DEATH. Several marriages are in bondage as a result of FEAR OF DEATH that the spouses engaged with. Numerous business, job and works are in bondage as a result of FEAR OF DEATH that the owners allow in their mind and total body. Many could not achieve and fulfill their dreams because they allow FEAR OF DEATH to hold them captivity. Beloved, FEAR OF DEATH is a beginning of BONDAGE and AFFLICTION. The bad and sadness experience you are passing through is a result of FEAR OF DEATH that you allow in your mind. The Bible says: "And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage." Hebrews 2: 15.
Remember what the Bible says in 365times in the Bible: “Fear Not”. If Bible can says: “FEAR NOT” for 365 times, it means that GOD is speaking to you in every day that FEAR NOT. Luke 12:32, Exodus 14:13, 2Chronicles 20:15, Joshua 10:8, Matthew 10:26, Luke 1:13, 2:10, John 12:15, Revelation 2:10, etc. Not only saying FEAR NOT but HE make it clear that ‘I WILL BE WITH YOU”.
My friends, God make it clear that: “The FEAR OF YOU and the dread of you shall be upon every beast of the earth, and upon every fowl of the air, upon all that move upon the earth, and upon all the fishes of the sea: into your hand are they delivered” Genesis 9:2 Death is one of the things that move upon the earth to take people’s away.
THE CAUSES OF BEING IN BONDAGE THROUGH FEAR OF DEATH:
There are many reasons why people are in the bondage through fear of death, which are:
- SINS – Sins is a very cause of being in bondage through fear of death. Death is a reward of sin. Romans 6:23, 5:12
- Occurring of sudden death of relatives, families, friends, etc. When people die, relatives are in bondage through the fear of death the person.
- Happening of evil things around us – Many are in fear of death as a result evil that are happened around them. Like killing, murdering, assassinating, accidents, etc.
- The evil spirit – evil spirit is moving around to make people fear death and as a result they are in bondage.
HOW CAN ONE BE FREE FROM THIS BONDAGE?
- Repent and forsake all your sin – Luke 15:17-24, Revelation 3:1-3
- Return to Jesus with your whole heart – Matthew 11:28-29
- Remove fear of death from your disposal and replace it with FAITH in Christ – Eph.2:4-5, 1John5:12
- Retain in daily meditating in the word of God and engage fervent daily prayer.
PRAYER BOMBS FOR TODAY:
1. I confess all my sins to you Oh God in the name of Jesus. Please mention your sins
2. I was myself clean with Blood of JESUS
3. I receive the power of Holy Ghost in fullness in the name of Jesus
4. Every bondage in my life as a result of fear of death, destroy by fire and thunder of God in the name of Jesus
5. Every agenda of the enemies of politics in our nation Nigeria that can result to death in coming election are hereby scatter by the Blood of Jesus
6. Whosoever that gathered tools of war against the church of God – Christians in any part of Nigeria, such will receive the thunder of God within 24hours and burnt the tools to ashes in Jesus name
7. This year election in Nigeria shall be peaceful and no shedding of blood of people in the name of Jesus
8. Every arrow of death, back to sender by fire in the name of Jesus
9. Anybody that have conceived war in his/her mind against this Nigeria will use his/her head to carry such war in the name of Jesus
10. Every concern of Nigeria nation, we plead the Blood of Jesus to every land in Jesus name
11. Every seeds of untimely death planted in my family, marriage, business, uproot by fire and thunder of in the name of Jesus
12. Every gathering of satanic agents that give free gift of death, you are a liar die and scatter by fire of God in the name of Jesus
13. The enemies shall not have saying over the nation Nigeria in the name of Jesus
14. Every plan of the enemies to wipe out Christians from Nigeria shall not come to fulfillment by the power in the Blood of Jesus
15. The angel of God that have no mercy should visit the house of every evil person that plan war against Nigeria during and after this election in the name of Jesus
16. Every work of sudden death in my family expire today by thunder of God in the name of Jesus
17. The bondage of fear of death in my life lose your hold by fire in the name of Jesus
18. Every hand-cuff of fear of death that tied my marriage, life, business and family scatter by thunder of God in the name of Jesus
19. Sudden death pack your load in my premises in the name of Jesus
20. Every door of fear of death that opened against my life, marriage, business and family, close by thunder of God in the name of Jesus
