COVID-19: I REJECT TO BE A TENANT IN ISOLATION CENTER – 30 PRAYER BOMBS

Topic: COVID-19: I REJECT TO BE A TENANT IN ISOLATION CENTER – 30 PRAYER BOMBS

Bible Reading: Luke 17:12-19

“12 And as he entered into a certain village, there met him ten men that were lepers, which stood afar off:

13 And they lifted up their voices, and said, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us.

14 And when he saw them, he said unto them, Go shew yourselves unto the priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, they were cleansed.

15 And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God,

16 And fell down on his face at his feet, giving him thanks: and he was a Samaritan.

17 And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine?

18 There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger.

19 And he said unto him, Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole.”

Introduction:

Prayer is a powerful tool to confront any situation at any time. One can accept and reject anything as far as he or she can pray fervently. We are here today to reject any of being a tenant in the isolation centre.

What is Isolation Centre?

Isolation Center in a place builds to take care and monitoring people that detect for Coronavirus pandemic.

Isolation refers to separating sick people with a contagious disease from those who are not sick. A separate place for anyone that has been detected with sickness or disease or virus-like COVID-19. Isolation centre is now popular this day because of the COVID-19 Pandemic that took over the whole world.

Medically, hospitals use isolation for patients who have identified with a transferrable disease that can be spread easily to others. As we known that Coronavirus is a disease that easily transfers to others as a result of its effect, isolation centres have been created in different locations around the world to take care of the patients of COVID-19.

However, in some cases, isolation centres were created in a house, where a room is specifically assigned for a person with such sickness to be separate from other households. In this way, the household members will be using a separate bedroom, and a separate bathroom to avoid be together or touch each other.

Furthermore, it is also suggested that the person infected with such disease should eat or be fed in their room private room where they were isolated to. Everything they are doing must be separate away from other people that are living in the house. And also, they should not use or share household items with other household members. Such items include: dishes, eating utensils, drinking glasses, towels, bedding, cups, or other items should not be shared with the person infected with COVID-19. Meanwhile, prevention of all visitors and non-essential people from seen or being in the room is very important.

Isolation Centers in the Bible:

In the Bible, many people were kept in isolation centres as a result of being a victim of diseases called leprosy. No cure for leprosy and anyone with the disease becomes a disfigured through the loss of toes, fingers as well as limbs.

Leprosy sufferers had to leave their homes and families and live together with other sufferers in the isolation centre which located at the outskirts of the town. They were prohibited to have any contact with people who did not have the disease, they have to search for food, and they had to ring a bell and shout “unclean” if anyone approached them. They were forbidden to enter the market place and not allow to take part to attend religious services in the Synagogue or the temple.

Peradventure, if anyone with such disease is cured, Jewish Law stated they could not re-enter society unless they first went to the priest to be checked before receiving a certificate to say they were now ‘clean’.

Healing of People with Disease at Isolated Centers:

The Holy Bible gloriously recorded people that were healed from the disease that caused them to be isolated. During Jesus time, 10 men were healed at an isolated centre when Jesus Christ is passing by.

“And as Jesus entered into a certain village, there met him ten men that were lepers, which stood afar off: And they lifted up their voices, and said, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us. And when Jesus saw them, He said unto them, Go shew yourselves unto the priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, they were cleansed.” Luke 17:12-14

They were healed when they have contact with Jesus Christ – the Great Healer. They prayed unto Jesus Christ, lifted up their voices for healing, and Jesus healed them.

The day they met Jesus Christ, they left their isolation centre, and rejoined with their people. Their faith in the powerful name of Jesus healed them. “And He [Jesus] said unto him, Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole.” Luke 17:19
